Drop after drop

Drops fall from a bamboo spout into the water in a terracotta jar, forming ripples.
The jar and the drops: an AI-assisted artistic interpretation of the Dhammapada’s simile.

The Dhammapada urges us not to dismiss merit, thinking that a small amount cannot reach us. A jar becomes full even through individual drops of water. In the same way, the wise person becomes filled with merit by gathering it little by little.
